MANILA - The Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday said it has canceled the corporate registration of Alphanet World Corp or NWorld due to alleged fraud in obtaining its certificate of incorporation. In a statement, the SEC said its Registration and Monitoring Department (CRMD) found out that the company provided an invalid Tax Identification Number (TIN) in the Articles of Incorporation it submitted to the Commission. "[T]he use of an invalid and false TIN on [NWorld's] Articles of Incorporation constitutes fraud in the procurement of the certificate of registration, which is a valid ground for the revocation of the Corporation's Certificate of Incorporation," the order read. TIN numbers are essential requirement in all applications handled by government agencies, the SEC said.  The SEC earlier issued a cease and desist order against NWorld for illegal solicitation of investments from the public. The CDO was declared permanent on...
Trump-endorsed 'Sound of Freedom' has outgrossed 'Mission: Impossible,' 'The Flash' - CNBC

Jim Caviezel stars in Angel Studio's "Sound of Freedom." Angel Studios "Barbenheimer" isn't the only phenomenon at the July box office. Over the last four weeks, Angel Studios' "Sound of Freedom," an indie film that has drawn the support of former President Donald Trump and other conservatives, has captured nearly $150 million in domestic ticket sales. The figure may seem small against Hollywood blockbuster performances from Warner Bros.' "Barbie" and Universal's "The Super Mario Bros.," each of which has grossed several hundred million dollars, but it's a solid theatrical run for a film that only cost $14.5 million to make. It's especially impressive considering Paramount's Tom Cruise vehicle "Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning Part One" has tallied less than $140 million since its July 12 release and Warner Bros.' DC Comics tentpole "The Flash" which barely topped $100 milli...

The Yi Dome Camera 1080p packs a lot of home security camera into a small package. For $59.99, it offers mechanical pan and tilt, motion and sound detection, motion tracking, and local and cloud-based event recording. It also takes panoramic photos and has a Baby Crying alert feature (though we were unable to get the latter to work in testing). It offers lots of value for per dollar, though it doesn't interact with other smart devices like our Editors' Choice for affordable security cams, the D-Link Full HD Wi-Fi Camera DCS-8300LH. Design and Plans The Yi Dome Camera can be mounted on a ceiling, a wall, or be placed on any flat surface. The pear-shaped black enclosure stands 4.3 inches high and measures 3.6 inches in diameter at the base and 2.5 inches in diameter at the top. The top portion holds the circular camera, which captures video at 1080p and has a 4x zoom with a 112-degree field view at its widest setting. The camera is attached to a mechanical hinge mecha...

Being a new parent is challenging enough. However, if you know what to expect, that makes for a smoother transition. One of the most common changes after pregnancy is bowel problems, including hemorrhoids, constipation, fecal incontinence, and diarrhea. Changes to bowel movements after pregnancy happen due to uterine contractions, pelvic floor issues, and changing hormones. However, your bowel movements should become regular shortly after giving birth. Still, if you have trouble returning to regular bowel movements, some treatments might help. Here's what you need to know about postpartum diarrhea, constipation, and other bowel problems. urbazon / Getty Images Changes in bowel movements are not uncommon after giving birth. Fecal incontinence, the inability to control your bowels, affects anywhere from 5% and 26% of postpartum people. However, those bowel changes tend to go away fairly quickly, Rita M. I turned 102 years old this year, and my decades of experience in holistic medicine has taught me a lot about how to live a long, happy and purposeful life. Too many people feed into unnecessary stress. But the happiest and healthiest people I know are able to let go of things or experiences that no longer serve them. Life is too short to ruminate and consider same thought over and over again. By doing so, you're essentially torturing yourself. So, the habit that has brought me health and happiness throughout my years is the ability to build things anew, whether it's a relationship, career path or project. Let go of things that drain your energy My mom taught me an easy way to release things that don't matter. She would raise her hand gently in front of us, fingers held loosely, palm up. Then swoop it down and back and say, "It doesn't matter." This natural movement enabled her to live through immense challenges without letting them in too deeply; she just rel...
